SMHPS Registration
To be accepted onto the SMHPS Register, applicants must submit a completed audit tool that has been undertaken within the last six months.
Once the audit is completed, please fill out the registration details (see link above) and upload your completed audit form. The submitted audit form will be checked to ensure all sections have been completed, after which the administration details completed by you will be entered into the SMHPS Register.
